Trabajamos para mejorar la calidad de vida de las poblaciones Costarricenses más vulnerables. Actualmente la Fundación apoya mas de cincuenta proyectos, que incluye desde apoyo para mujeres y jóvenes víctimas de abuso en el GAM a ayudar grupos indígenas proteger su herencia cultural en comunidades montañosas remotas. Todas las necesidades que Fundación ayuda son definidas por la población local, asi asegurando un alto nivel de compromiso hacia cada proyecto.

Often, when we do constructions, people say, why don't you just do this with a machine...one reason is because machines are hard to come by...a group of people with shovels is easy. Also, we think it's part of the experience to actually do things by hand - hey, I am known to still write with pen and paper - and to work together to get something physical done.
